30 years in the making...
I have been in the machining industry for over 30 years, innovating and excelling in various roles along the way. From machinist to general manager to sales manager and now to owner. There are not too many jobs where one day you are making a bracket for some garage project and the next day your machining a component for a space shuttle, I know this business very well and truly love it! In my time in the industry I have worked with many smart, motivated and hardworking people from which I have learned a lot. Armstrong Machining will reflect many of the things I learned along my journey, one of those things is to listen to the people you work with, by being collaborative we get from point A to B much quicker, and more efficiently in the long run.
There will always be a need for a dynamic, ambitious, forward thinking machining operation, one that thinks huge and wants to grow but also understands it needs to treat its customers like a small one-person company would. Through transparency, communication and also understanding that customers are what drives our business.
